What is a Gathering or Women’s Circle?

The Gathering of Women is often referred to as a Women’s Circle this is a place to form bonds and relationships in a safe place of connection, for women to be with women to be held, supported, empowered and nurtured in growth. A place to celebrate and rejoice in the richness of life. Creating a safe place for the waves of emotion, thoughts and experiences to be acknowledged, to bring joy and light as we surrender to the journey of life. This protected space gives freedom to express your thoughts, experiences and emotions without judgment, by creating an environment that is inclusive to share and to feel protected and allows the sense of isolation and disconnect we can manifest in this busy world to be eased by the sistership, allowing the stories that are told bind our connection. This is a place to feel heard and respected in a shared and inclusive environment. Women are allowed to share their unique stories to form connections and opportunities for personal growth, spirituality, self-care and honour motherhood. The direction of the circles is led by a topic-focused subject but is often organically created by the natural direction of the participant’s stories and the collectives needs and interests. The intention is for a holistic approach to growth and connection to ourselves and others to form a tribe is the primary focus.
